NVQ Level 2 - With VTS Assessor
Service Provision
Duration of the course – 17 months
Initial ‘Sign Up’ visit of up to 1½ hours duration to explain course content and portfolio building
Maximum of 12 further visits over the 17 months period of learning.
Each visit to be a minimum of 1hour and a maximum of 1½ hours in length
Visits to be at approximately 6 week intervals, although they can be closer together at the beginning of the course, providing the maximum number is not exceeded.
Written progress review after every 4th visit, detailing progress so far and stating clear objectives and actions needed (if any) to ensure timely achievement.
No refund for early leavers
No extension to period of learning, providing VTS has provided adequate service in accordance with the agreement
No extra visits
48 hrs notice must be given either way for cancellation of a scheduled visit. In the event of sickness, either party must notify the other by 08.30am on the day of the visit
Cost Structure
Sign Up Visit plus Registration £130.00
Invoiced after visit and payable within 30 days
Entire Course £850.00
Payable in advance with 5% discount or by standing order at £50 / month over 17 months
Total: £980.00
- Course visits will not commence until the initial invoice has been paid.
- In the event of the initial invoice remaining unpaid after 30 days, VTS reserves the right to withdraw the offer of training
- In the event of the standing order payment not being received, VTS will immediately withdraw service
NVQ Level 3 - With VTS Assessor
Service Provision
Duration of the course – 23 months
Initial ‘sign up’ visit as per Care Level 2
Maximum of 16 further visits over the 23 months period of learning
All other points the same as Level 2 Care.

Invoiced after visit and payable within 30 days
Entire Course £1150
Payable in advance with 5% discount or by standing order at £50 / month over 23 months
Total: £1295.00

NVQ Level 2 - With In-House Assessor

3 X 1 hour progress meetings with In House Assessor over the
Period of the NVQ
Internal verification of units.
Registration and claiming of award from City & Guilds

- The In House Assessor can determine the start and end dates but we recommend 23 months.
