We aim to ensure that each customer receives a "right first time" service, recognizing that customer loyalty and repeat business are pre-requisites for success.
To achieve these goals we must, regardless of job, title or status, ensure that our Business Values are addressed at all times. These are expressed as follows: -
a) our customers are treated in a polite and friendly way
b) the needs of our customers are carefully identified and understood
c) we only make promises that can be kept
d) each task is completed correctly and on time
e) we communicate effectively with our customers and colleaguesThe suitability and effectiveness of the Business Values are continuously reviewed through various means. The Quality Objectives are: -
i. to ensure that the system reflects customer needs;
ii. to create an environment that supports staff in the achievement of their individual and team objectives;
