VTS wins grant to transform skills department
VTS has been successful in our bid to obtain a Learning and Skills Council funded Learning Innovation Grant. The grant, organised by the Association of Learning Providers, provides funding to help transform the way people learn in the workplace by using technology innovatively. This will enable us to trial some exciting new ideas, including using handheld "personal assistants" to provide mobile learning, using interactive whiteboards that link in with mobile assessment devices, a video suite and infant simulators (interactive electronic babies). We are delighted to have been successful in this bid, and we are certain that employers will see the benefit in terms of motivated and inspired young people who have had access to innovative learning techniques.
VTS is an equal opportunities company aiming for the widest possible diversity in its workforce and learners.
