Survey Results Show Rise in Learner and Employer Satisfaction for 3rd Year Running

Results from the latest round of learner and employer surveys show an increase in overall levels of satisfaction for the third year running.

Over 600 surveys were sent out to learners and employers throughout Essex. They asked questions about a range of subjects including: quality of training, assessor support, health and safety awareness, and the impact that the NVQ has had on both learner and employer. 

Nick Morgan, Business Development Manager said ‘The feedback from these surveys lets us understand how our customers requirements are changing, and how we can adapt our services to meet these changes. The rise in our customer’s satisfaction over the last three years is very encouraging’.

VTS will be conducting the next learner and employer surveys in November 2005.
