VTS Awarded IIP Standard

VTS has been awarded the Investor In People (IIP) accreditation for the third consecutive time. The IIP is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through the training, care and support of it’s staff. In particular evidence of continuous development, improvement and assessment is reviewed, and where necessary areas of improvement reported on. To ensure quality the standard is valid for only three years, after which time organisations have to re-apply.

David Abdul, the IIP representative who carried out VTS’s latest audit reported that VTS had shown some ‘excellent practice’ and he could find no areas for concern.
Gail Cooksey, General Manager at VTS said ‘as a company we spend a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our staff and customers are supported as much as possible. As a training provider we know all too well the advantage of a competent and happy workforce. The IIP standard formally recognises our efforts and reassures customers of our ability to deliver excellence.’
