Assessor Training

This is essential for all those who wish to carry out an Assessor role within the workplace.

The award enables an understanding of the structure and terminology of NVQ's (National Vocational Qualifications), how they are achieved within the workplace and the roles and responsibilities of all those involved in the NVQ process.

Applicants must:

• Be occupationally competent
• Have held a relevant level 3 qualification for at least 6 months
• Hold a supervisory or managerial position

By the end of the course you will be able to:

• Assist the candidate making plans for assessment
• Judge the candidates' performance
• Evaluating knowledge evidence
• Make assessment decisions
• Provide feedback
